A local meteorologist visited a grade school to lecture the students on the topic of weather and the care they needed to take to be safe from dangerous conditions. One student took the time to write a thank you letter to the weatherman in the most epic and awesome way – complete with grade school spelling errors, over-the-top imagination, and an adorable illustration. I think this kid is going places.

Hand-written notes are a rarity in today’s handheld technology world. Sincere expressions of thanks sometimes seems destined for that same scarcity. But not if Flint can help it. He keeps the art alive… “and in case you didn’t know, that’s pretty dang sweet.”
